More upscale than some competing barbecue shacks, SugarHouse boasts pork, chicken, and ribs, as well as "international" alternatives like Italian cabbage, oven-roasted Greek potatoes, and Persian carrots. What sets the place apart, however, is the chef's meticulous preparation, which includes rubbing in sauces and spices by hand and allowing them to "percolate" for 24 hours. The result?
